Iraq reaches the highest daily rate of export in decades

Baghdad – The oil ministry announced on Tuesday that Iraq exported more than 100 million barrels of oil from the southern fields in November, stating that the daily average of exports was the highest in decades.
The spokesman of the Ministry Assem Jihad said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com “the total volume of oil exported last month increased by about a hundred million, 945 thousand and 867 barrels.”
Jihad added that “Iraq has not been able to export across the northern port of Ceyhan because of lack of commitment to the oil agreement of the Kurdistan region,” stressing that “the price of a barrel reached $36 and 420 cents . ”
He also pointed out that “the total financial revenues in November amounted to more than three billion and 676 million and $413,000,” noting that “domestic production of crude oil, excluding the Kurdistan region amounted to three million and 657 barrels per day.
