Embaixador Arshad Omar com Michel Temer

Ambassador Arshad Omar Esmaeel handed his credentials to President of the Republic Michel Temer, assuming the diplomatic post in the Iraqi Embassy. Esmaeel was born in Kirkuk and is an engineer specializing in mining and oil from the University of Baghdad. His previous post was the Iraqi embassy in Afghanistan.
